Container Inspecting System has features such like mobility and cloud computing. The users can access the data in anytime and anywhere. We do not need to transfer data via walking. It will save a lot of time, enhance working efficiency.
Using technology to replace human work, the system has computing ability, it will automatically change the file name of images to be container number. We do not need to modify the file name of images by human anymore.
Using cloud management platform, the images can be managed easily. If we need to check images of a container, we just need to input 3 numbers, then the system will show the all images of container. The system shows image and container amount of each unit. It will help manager to control the working progress of each unit.
Through 6 months development, we developed the system. We install the system in samrtphone hTC New One(M7). We use a typical smartphone case which can protect the smartphone with water, dust and hit. Now the users can use internet to transfer images to cloud management system in anytime and anywhere. The images can be accessed easily via cloud management system.
We follow the working flow and concept to develop the suitable user interface and system functions.
The version is the earliest mobile device for capturing container damage images, but the version still need to use transfer cable to transfer images and it does not use database to manage images. Hence, managing the images are still not very easy.
